Frequently asked question
You can make basic updates from your order confirmation screen before your order ships. Go to Account, open your order, and select from the available update options. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer available.

We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days, and most orders go out within 24 hours. If your order is taking longer, it may be due to inventory delays or other unexpected issues. If you have concerns, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. We’re working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Non-food items (like apparel and accessories) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
Due to safety standards, food items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective, and must be reported within 48 hours.
Approved non-food returns may have a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer direct exchanges—once a return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
